Legal Partnership….

“An association of two or more persons engaged in a business enterprise in which the profits and losses are shared proportionally. The legal definition of a partnership is generally stated as “an association of two or more persons to carry on as co-owners a business for profit”

 

now that, that is defined i think it would be a good idea to have a partnership if you are a sole priprietor in your business and it would help with ideas, and business related issues and what not. For myself being a freelance Graphic Designer i would definetly become a sole priprietor it’s the cheapest and best way for me to have a sucessful business and still make money!.

As a business owner you really need to know where you stand in a legal form, so you know what your rights are as a company owner and as a sbusiness professional. To know your legal rights is very important in case anything ever happens that needs legal action, you are prepared and know who to talk to and where to get the best advice in how to procceed.
